HELLO!
Hello! I’m Clau, a queer Peruvian illustrator, designer, and visual artist currently based in Georgia, USA.

With over 10 years of international experience in the creative industry, I specialize in the intersection of visual journalism, tactile data humanism, and high-impact social narratives. My practice bridges the gap between structured graphic design principles and highly expressive, texturized editorial art. Whether I am translating complex socio-environmental data into clean grid systems, engineering custom three-dimensional paper crafts, or hand-painting immersive public murals, my focus is always on creating deep, empathetic narrative connections.

I am uniquely positioned to collaborate remotely with global editorial newsrooms, NGOs, publishing houses, and brands looking for an experienced, bilingual visual partner to handle high-stakes briefs.

Selected Clients & Partners Include:
-
Humanitarian & NGO: United Nations (UN), PAHO, Plan International, World Animal Protection, Worldreader, International IDEA, Proyecta Igualdad, SPDA.
-
Editorial & Journalism: OjoPúblico.
-
Commercial & Brand: Converse, Inca Kola, Bolívar, Faber-Castell, XPPen.
Let's build something impactful together.
